Just made a smoothie.

5 x strawberries
1 x kiwi fruit
1/2 x banana
1/2 cup of yoghurt
1 1/2 cup skim milk
2 tea spoons of money

Surprisingly good. Didn’t know how I’d like it. Not sure if I like the banana in it. Tad overpowering but then again I’m not a massive fan of bananas as it is. Less milk and more strawberries sounds good to me :)

Dinner time!

Despite going out last night and having next to no sleep, went for a quick afternoon walk. Managed to fit in a thirty minute walk before my headache got the better of me - cheated and had my brother drive me home. I am proud of myself though for exercising four days in a row now and ensuring that I actually make the effort to do so!

how much do u weigh at this moment? :))

But to answer your question - currently straddling the 59/60 kilogram mark. I plan on getting new scales though because the ones I have are rubbish!

Just went for a nice long walk, I feel so great right now. A bit tired, but I’m still excited to head to the city tonight :)

Just got some new runners. Nothing too flash, got them quite cheap, but such a big improvement compare to my old pair. They were destroyed!

I hope you have all been doing amazing! I have missed you all do much and I would like to apologise immensely for going MIA and for so long as well!!!!

To put it simply, working two jobs, studying full time meant that I didn’t budget my time appropriately and let my health slide. I developed some really bad relationships with myself and unfortunately I let them consume me a little bit.

But I’m back! And this time I mean it! So here is what you need to know:

1) current weight varies between 59/60 kilograms. I need to get more reliable scales.

2) I have been meat free for four weeks now. I am really envying the change and it is something I have been considering for quite some time.

3) I got really bad and I was at a point where I would vomit after meals. That was what really hit me hard. That was when I knew I needed to change things and I have thankfully before it got completely out of hand.

4) I returned to exercise on Thursday and it was amazing. Today will be my third day of getting back into the flow of things and I am so happy for myself. My sleeping has improved dramatically as Well which rules! I’d love to hear from you all and hope to see more of you all. So happy to be re committing :) Xoxo

Total calories - 222.39 calories.

I have in fact decided to start counting calories again. Mainly just to give myself and idea of how much and what I am eating on a daily basis.

BE POSITIVE! Keep pushing yourself forward and never let the things that matter least get in the way of the things that matter most.
